These terms govern your use of the HiSculpt Aesthetics website and the booking of treatments and services at our clinic located at 28 Jellicoe Street, Noble Park VIC 3174, Australia. By using our website or booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Bookings & appointments
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmed through our online booking system. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits or incur a fee.
Consultations & suitability
Many treatments require a personalised consultation to confirm suitability. Your practitioner will assess your medical history and skin or body concerns before recommending a treatment plan. Final suitability is determined at consultation.
Pricing & payments
Treatment pricing is published on our website and may change without notice. Memberships and treatment packages are subject to their own terms, which will be explained at consultation. Payment is required at the time of booking or appointment as agreed.
Results & aftercare
Treatment results vary between individuals. We provide guidance on realistic outcomes and aftercare; following your practitioner's advice is essential for safe, optimal results. HiSculpt Aesthetics does not guarantee specific outcomes.

HiSculpt Signature Annual Membership
Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a HiSculpt Signature Annual Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
- The HiSculpt Signature Annual Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The membership fee is $2,899 AUD, payable in full at the time of purchase.
- Membership is non-refundable.
- Membership benefits are for the named member only unless a transfer is approved under Section 9.
2. Monthly Treatment
- Members are entitled to one HiSculpt treatment of their choice per calendar month.
- Treatments must be redeemed within the allocated calendar month and do not roll over if unused.
- Monthly treatments cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative services.
3. Birthday Treatment
- Members receive one complimentary HiSculpt treatment of their choice during their birthday month.
- The birthday treatment must be redeemed during the member's birthday month and cannot be carried forward.
- The birthday treatment has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or refunds.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
- All appointments are subject to availability and advance booking.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed without notice, or where the client does not attend (no-show) will be considered redeemed and deducted from the member's monthly entitlement.
5. Medical Suitability
- All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment.
- HiSculpt reserves the right to decline, modify, or postpone any treatment if it is not considered safe or clinically appropriate.
- Where a selected treatment is unsuitable, an alternative treatment may be recommended.
6. Membership Benefits
- Membership includes exclusive member-only offers and promotions where applicable.
- Member offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, gift vouchers, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
7. General Conditions
- Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or credit.
- Membership cannot be shared between multiple people.
- All treatments are subject to HiSculpt's standard consent forms, treatment protocols, and aftercare requirements.
- HiSculpt reserves the right to refuse treatment where appropriate for safety, medical, or professional reasons.
8. Membership Expiry
- All membership benefits expire at the end of the 12-month membership period.
9. Membership Transfer (Exceptional Circumstances)
- If a member is unable to continue their membership due to a medical condition or other circumstances, HiSculpt will approve a one-time transfer of the remaining membership to another person.
- To request a transfer, the original member must provide the new member's full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
- HiSculpt may request supporting documentation where appropriate before approving a transfer.
- Once approved, the remaining membership benefits will transfer to the new member, the original membership expiry date will remain unchanged, and the new member will be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Changes to Membership
- HiSculpt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to improve services, comply with legal requirements, or protect the operation of the business. Any changes will not reduce membership benefits already received during an active membership period.
11. Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
