Before your session
- Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

- Reschedule if you have active acne, open lesions or recent sunburn.
First 24–48 hours
- Mild redness and warmth are normal and usually settle within 1–2 days.
- Keep the skin clean and gently moisturised.
- Avoid touching or picking the skin.
Over the following week
- Apply SPF 30+ daily.
- Avoid exfoliating acids and retinoids for 5–7 days.
- Avoid heat, saunas and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
- Gentle skincare and mineral makeup may be resumed once redness settles.
During your session
